What is Self Upgrade?

Self upgrade simply means you do not have to fill any forms to be upgraded to be an Agent of OPay.

The app has been simplified in such a way that you can now do a personal self upgrade directly from your mobile device.

step by step instruction on how to upgrade your account to the Agent level.

Please follow every instruction displayed on the image/screen.;

●Ensure names are spelt correctly before proceeding to the next page.

●Enter correct and valid email address

●Select the gender

●Enter date of birth

Enter your state of residence and full address

 

Click on the ME Icon 

Click on the name to edit and upgrade account.

Please ensure you verify your email address by clicking on the link in the mail that will be sent to you.

Click on Upgrade to KYC 2

 

 

 

●Please enter your Bank Verification Number (BVN)

●Fill in the gender

●Enter date of birth

●Enter your state of residence

 

 

 

-Upon completing the KYC 2 process.

-Proceed to upgrade to Agent

 

-Enter name of business

-Enter address

-Enter the Aggregator Account (... 9553975136...) in “Aggregator ID”

-Proceed to the next page

 

-Please upload a clear passport photograph of Agent

 

-Upload a valid ID card or Driver’s license or international passport

 

-Upload your utility bill. If prepaid upload receipt payment showing meter number and address.

 

Note: The above document must have been saved on your mobile device for easy upload to the app.

 

 

 

Once you receive this prompt message. This means your document for upgrade has been successfully submitted and is in review.

Regardless of your upgrade request to become an agent.
You can continue using our services within your current KYC level capacity.
